 We’ll book you in as soon as we have availability — often within the same week. 

 We aim to respond within 24 hours and get your service scheduled as soon as possible. 

 Absolutely! Whether it’s a quick tidy-up, a simple fix, or a pet drop-in — no job is too small for the Crew. 

 Yes! We offer weekly, fortnightly, and monthly ongoing options for cleaning, gardening, and home support. 

 Definitely — our team loves animals! Just let us know about your pets so we can make them comfortable during the visit 

 Yes! You can mix and match any Crews — for example, book a garden tidy-up and pet drop-in together. 

 No problem — just contact us as early as possible, and we’ll help you move your booking to another time that suits. 

 We accept cash on the day or payment via invoice, which is due within 7 days of job completion. For larger builds or projects, a deposit may be required — this will be discussed during quoting. We’re also working on adding card payments for on-the-day convenience soon.
