 Chloe brings years of experience in sales and customer service, pairing professionalism with genuine care. As Co-owner at CDR Crew, she’s both strategic and hands-on — supporting multiple Crews to ensure every job feels personal and reliable. With her people-first approach and eye for detail, Chloe helps drive CDR Crew forward with warmth, integrity, and care. She’s passionate about building strong client relationships and creating smooth, organised systems that keep the team thriving. No matter the task, Chloe brings focus, clarity, and a touch of heart to everything she does. 

 As Co-owner and Operations Manager, Danielle keeps CDR Crew organised and running smoothly. With a background in customer service and coordination, she brings structure, efficiency, and a people-first approach to everything she does. Danielle supports every Crew — from Cleaning to Construction — ensuring jobs flow seamlessly and clients are always looked after. Reliable, approachable, and full of heart, she’s the quiet force making sure everything (and everyone) stays on track.
